Consumer Protection

We conform to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (UK) by providing:

• our name and address
• a full description of items and goods on offer
• whether prices include tax (included where necessary unless otherwise stated)
• postage and delivery costs
• published arrangements for payment
• your right to a 7 working day cooling off period, to notify us in writing, if you wish to cancel the order and return the goods
• orders confirmed by email
• full reimbursement in the event of a fraudulent credit or debit card incident
