There is a £2.50 (inclusive of VAT) charge on all orders within mainland UK for parcels weighing no more than 1.5 kilos. It may be necessary for us to quote on an individual basis for packages in excess of this weight and for parcels being delivered to Northern Island, The Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Highlands of Scotland.
Deliveries in the UK are typically made within 4-5 working days - subject to postal carrier arrangements. If you have supplied a home address and no-one is available to sign for your parcel on delivery, we are happy to arrange delivery to an alternative address, if this is more convenient for you. Please contact anna@officedog.co.uk with your requirements. Deliveries may be made at any time between 9am and 5.30pm.
Delivery charges for other countries are available on this page. When ordering from outside the UK please make sure to allow extra time for your order to reach you. Please also note we are unable to guarantee postal deliveries overseas. We are happy to quote for this service at an extra charge
