Contact us by email at customerservices@officedog.co.uk, or by phone on 020 8340 7080 between 9.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your Officedog order number available. We will ask you a few simple questions to establish the reason for the exchange or return and then provide you with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). This number should be written in the place provided on the despatch note. Please ensure the item is securely wrapped for transit.
Checklist: (Please ensure you have followed all the points below to minimise any delay in dealing with your exchanged or returned item/s)
- Please always return the goods in the original manufacturer's packaging.

You should write the quantity of the items you are returning in the appropriate column on the despatch note

You must include the completed despatch note in the package you are returning to us.
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
Please note that returns made by courier or post are done so at your own cost, and that responsibility for the safe return of the goods is held by you.
