If you wish to exchange or return an item to one of our Officedog branches you will first require a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA).
To receive your RMA number please contact us by email at customerservices@officedog.co.uk, or by phone on 020 8340 7080 between 9.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your Officedog order number available. We will ask you a few simple questions to establish the reason for the exchange or return and then provide you with your RMA. This number should be written in the place provided on the despatch note.
Take the despatch note and the items you are returning to one of our branches. Inform the sales assistant that you made the purchase online and they will verify the RMA number with the office. The shop will then exchange the item or arrange for the refund, less any discounts used.
