Once we have received your order through the Officedog website our staff will begin to process your order, checking your details and the availability of stock. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Our delivery charges apply to orders under 1.5 kilos. It may be necessary for us to quote on an individual basis for packages in excess of this weight. Please note that payment is only taken for Officedog orders on dispatch of the goods and we are always happy to change or cancel your order prior to this point.
If you have supplied a home address and no-one is available to sign for your parcel on delivery, we are happy to arrange delivery to an alternative address if this is more convenient for you.
