Cancelling or changing your order

If you wish to change or cancel an order then you can do so by contacting us by email at customerservices@officedog.co.uk, or by phone on 020 8340 7080. Orders should be cancelled within one hour of placement. After this time we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent out to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent and you will have to return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

An order for an item that is not currently in stock at the time you place the order may be cancelled up until the day before it leaves our warehouse.
